The following is just an idea of what you could add

  • 3-4 broccoli florets
  • Handful spinach
  • ½ Kiwi
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ and avocado
  • ½ a banana
  • Handful blueberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • ½ an apple
  • ½ beetroot

Choose 3 or 4 of these

then add

100ml unsweetened almond milk

100ml water

20g natural unflavored protein powder

15g chia seeds

10ml agave syrup (if you need to sweeten)
