- 3-4 broccoli florets
- Handful spinach
- ½ Kiwi
- 1 small carrot
- ½ and avocado
- ½ a banana
- Handful blueberries
- 2 strawberries
- ½ an apple
- ½ beetroot
Choose 3 or 4 of these
100ml unsweetened almond milk
20g natural unflavored protein powder
15g chia seeds
10ml agave syrup (if you need to sweeten)
